They instantly diagnosed a few issues and took photos with their phone to show me exactly what the pressing issues were. Luke at LDC roofing arrived on time, and immediately inspected the chimney, assured me that the lead flashing did not need replacing with new (as I had been led to believe by other people) as it had no splits and was still in serviceable condition. He then reformed the lead around the chimney, and resealed everywhere. He was efficient and well mannered, and his price was very reasonable, I would certainly highly recommend Luke and LDC roofing.
